Dear Prospective Student,

At the beginning of every real estate course I ask students one simple question: "how many of you would rather be somewhere else today rather than taking a Post-Licensing or CE course?" On average, about 95% of the hands in the room go up in response. The truth is, if you asked me the same question at the beginning of any mandatory real estate course that I have taken, I would have raised my hand also.
Real estate education on the surface is not the most riveting endeavor. But that is exactly the reason I wanted to become a Real Estate Instructor. I believe that real estate education can be informative, helpful, impactful and dare I say, fun.
Whether you need Post-Licensing or CE, my goal is to help you complete the course by satisfying all NCREC requirements and also learn aspects of the real estate industry that will help you grow your individual business outside of the classroom.
